Alan Fisher, PHD, LSSP

In 1973, the University of Houston granted Dr. Alan T. Fisher a Ph.D. in psychology.  He received his license to practice as a psychologist from the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologist.   Dr. Fisher has been accredited as a Health Service Provider at both state and federal jurisdiction.  Dr. Fisher also holds a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology qualification from the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists.

Dr. Fisher and his staff have served the South Texas Coastal Bend with psychological treatments in their private office for more than 40 years.

Dr. Fisher actively participates in professional associations.  He previously presided over the Nueces Psychological Association and the Texas Psychological Association's Division of School Psychology, respectively (TPA).  For three years, Dr. Fisher sat on the board of trustees of the Texas Psychological Association, which he has been a member of for more than 40 years.  He has been a life member of the American Psychological Association, and the International Society of Neurofeedback and Research (ISNR) for more than 25 years, respectively.  Dr. Fisher served as a consulting editor for the Journal of Neurotherapy.  Dr. Fisher has delivered seminars in a professional capacity at the regional, state, and national levels.

Dr. Fisher has a staff of Clinical Therapists and Licensed Specialists in School Psychology as well as Licensed Specialists in School Psychology Interns.
